I know this because I was in the Harrods Urban Retreat spa last week. It's just linked up with the Forte Village resort spa to offer Londoners a taste of a Sardinian spa for the month of March. (June and September are great months to visit, my Italian therapist tells me during my express hydrating facial).

The facial gives me a chance to try the spa's own product range - Terme Del Mare - created from natural ingredients, including seaweed - fitting given its coastal location. I love the sea, having grown up near it, and am in favour of having bits of it rubbed on me. The express facial includes a glycolic exfoliation - hard core and skin tingling - but, as the therapist explains, a 'water grabber' for the skin which leaves my face fresh and glowing.
