A Facebook campaign is underway to bring back the OXO Christmas advert starring OXO mum Lynda Bellingham. Following Lynda's death from colon cancer on Sunday 19th October, there has been a surge in interest in the OXO adverts on Youtube and there is a growing OXO Christmas advert Facebook campaign up and running asking ITV to re-run the Christmas ad on Christmas Day. What a lovely idea!

Lynda had written that she thought she would be remembered for her OXO adverts - she was, of course, also a wonderful producer, presenter and actress, but the ads were brilliant and in them Lynda really shows off her acting skills bringing wonderful family moments to life. Lynda is pictured here on the left with her sons at a film launch, just two years after the end of the OXO adverts in which she starred. And below is the Christmas OXO advert which the campaign hopes to revive on air on Christmas Day...
