We're publishing a lot of Christmas recipes on allaboutyou over the next few weeks and as we go I'll publish my favourite of the week on my blog. So here it is, the Christmas recipe that I'd most hate to go unnoticed this week is, drumroll please...

CLASSIC CHOCOLATE ROULADE

I am loving it because it has chocolate leaves on it!
And because it looks beautifully crumbly so I won't worry if I crack it when rolling it up!
And because it is yet another excuse to eat chocolate at Christmas!

Am off to Taste of Christmas next weekend and am so excited about eating my way around the show. Jamie Oliver is opening the show on Friday 7th December with a live cooking demonstration.
