Good Points; A more weighty knife, it sliced through a range of foods with ease, this knife scored full marks for resistance when dropped and survived the dishwasher test with only slight water marks, this knife also scored among the highest for resistance to wear.

Draw Backs; Although labelled dishwasher safe there was slight discolouring to handle after repeated washing and a few water marks were visible on the blade. Some testers found the handle a little slippery.
