Make your own glamorous party masks
These masks are simple to make and the perfect party accessory
You will need
• Glitter or plain card
• Cord elastic
• Clear-drying glue
• Trimmings, such as feathers, flowers, lace or ribbon
To make
Enlarge the template (below) to 20cm in width and cut out.
Draw around template and cut out masks from card. Punch small holes where marked.
Thread elastic through holes, adjust to fit, and knot elastic on wrong side of mask.
Purple mask Glue a small bunch of feathers with glitter trims to centre of mask on wrong side.
Silver mask Glue silver trim around edge. Use wide silver ribbon to form a flower, stitching to hold its shape. Add a sparkly gem to centre of flower. Cut three lengths of narrow silver ribbon and glue to edge of mask. Glue flower on top.
Black mask Gather a length of narrow black lace to fit around edge of mask and glue in place. Glue a black flower with feathers to one side of mask.
