Even with a hectic career and three children, Davina McCall finds time to exercise. And we can see just how hard she works out in 'Davina - Beyond Breaking Point for Sport Relief'.

As she explains: ‘I need to work hard to keep my figure - unfortunately, it doesn't come naturally! The key is to fit it in when I can.' Here's how she does it...

'If I've got five minutes before stepping out in a strapless dress or sleeveless top, I do four sets of 10 bicep curls holding 5lb weights while getting ready to make sure my arms are looking strong and at their best':

1. Stand up straight, knees slightly bent, feet hip distance apart, toes pointing forward.

2. Hold weights in both hands, palms facing upward, with elbows positioned next to your waist.

3. Exhale as you slowly and evenly lift both forearms upright to shoulders.

4. Inhale as you evenly and slowly lower both arms down to the starting position. Remember to squeeze your bicep muscles as you lower your arms.

'If I've got 15 minutes, skipping is one of the fastest ways to burn calories while increasing your fitness and improving all-over muscle tone. A rope only costs a few pounds (for ropes and dumb-bells, see Davina's range at Look forwards, keeping your back straight, then...'

1. March on the spot to warm up.

2. Skip for three minutes, then rest for one minute.

3. Repeat step 2 twice more.

'If I've got 30 minutes once I've finished work, collected the kids from school, made the tea and put them to bed, I just want to sit in front of the telly. So, as a compromise, I've put my exercise bike in front of the TV'
