CommentsIt offers a range of simple jam recipes. Place the ingredients into the bowl, set the programme and boiling time and the paddle rotates until the beep indicates the jam is ready. It is easy to programme and in general produces good jam which sets well but does have a tendency to overcook marmalade. In our opinion it is no substitute for learning the basic skills and jam making using a preserving pan, thermometer and a good recipe. We look forward to seeing the promised improvement on the instructions.
