Make a shell jamjar lantern
Line your pockets with shells the next time you're at the seaside and make these homespun shell hurricane lanterns when you're home
You will need
● Small shells
● Thin wire (try fuse wire) or glue
● A couple of jam jars
● Fine sand
To make
Thread the shells onto the wire. Twist around the top of jar and fasten, or you can glue the shells onto the rim. Add a layer of sand to the bottom of the jar. Insert a tealight for a bargain hurricane lantern.
