Make butterfly pressed-flower gift tags

pressed-flower butterfly gift tag to make

Cut small rectangles from plain white card and punch a hole in one corner. Enlarge template to required size and use as a guide to lay out your butterfly design.

We used a narrow leaf for the body and chose petals with pretty details, graduating colour and curved edges for the wings. Try layering smaller petals on top of larger ones to add more colour and interest.

Once assembled, use a very fine layer of PVA glue to stick in place and draw antennae with a fine black pen. Tie a piece of coloured twine through gift tag hole.
