Wellbeing buy of the week: probiotic chocolate

What are they?

Biotic Balance ChocBalls are chocolate balls that contain one billion live bacteria per ball. The bacteria strains include lactobacillus and bifidobacterium, as well as fibre-rich inulin. They don't need to be stored in the fridge.

What will they do for me?

They'll boost levels of 'good' bacteria in your gut, boosting digestion and a healthy digestive system, promoting healthy bowel movements and helping to relieve constipation, bloating and flatulence.

Anything else?

'It says "For kids" on the packet but our in-office research shows adults will happily eat them too! Even my most supplement-averse colleagues pronounced: "They taste just like chocolate". The only issue could be stopping at just one or two a day.'

They're also available in a plain chocolate version.
