Singer Katy Perry (left) is looking picture perfect and the 30-year-old singer is happy to reveal the secrets behind her glow. 'I kind of went on a cleanse,' she says. 'I did a lot of stuff like vitamins and supplements. I changed my coffee to green tea. I didn't drink alcohol for three months.'

This isn't the first time Katy has banished booze from her life. After she parted from comedian Russell Brand, the singer embraced a simple life to get over the split. 'I did this whole cleanse where I didn't have any alcohol for three months - that was devastating; I did vitamins and supplements, and hikes and meditation and prayer,' she says.

Actor Kate Upton relies on a detox when she's feeling run-down. The 22-year-old, who starred opposite healthy living Cameron Diaz in 'The Other Woman' says: 'It's very important to follow a healthy diet. I don't just do it to have a good body but because I want to feel good. If I've been eating bad stuff I don't feel good, I feel tired.'

'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' star Megan Fox downs apple cider vinegar and water when she's feeling puffy and has had too much sugar. The 28-year-old actress says: 'I'm not one for dieting or exercising because I'm lazy and I have a really big sweet tooth, so I have to do cleanses every once in a while because of the amount of sugar I take in. It just cleanses out your system entirely. For women who retain water weight from your menstrual cycle and all that, it gets rid of it really fast.'
