Very simple to use with consistently good results. Tank has handle for easy removal. On/off control is on the side of the machine. Indicator blinks at different rates for different functions which is confusing. Instructions are in two languages so hard to follow. Good crema, rich and strong aroma, slightly bitter aftertaste but with sweetness
