  Quite a compact, streamlined design. There is a handle on the top for easy lifting off when emptying the bin. Controls are straightforward to use but have no written graphics only symbols. The rear on/off switch and safety lock on the controls are useful features.

  Quick to shred. The shredded credit card pieces are caught in a separate compartment at the front of the machine which can be removed for emptying. Dedicated slot for CD shredding - these are cut into three pieces. Large viewing window. Instructions are too brief. Shreds the maximum amount of sheets easily and quickly but shreds can be reconstructed easily.

  Larger shredder which is more suitable for a home office. It has castors which enable it to be easily moved around. The bin pulls out for emptying instead of lifting the cutting heads off the top which can be awkward. Green ready light. Shreds the maximum number of sheets efficiently and quickly.

  Comments

  Lightweight and slimline. The shreds are quite wide so could be quite easily reconstructed and fill the bin more quickly than cross cut paper. Strips get caught in the jaws of the shredder when it has finished. Quick to shred. Wide lip at the front of the bin makes it easy to see when the bin needs emptying. Control graphics are very small. Generous throat width.
