The Undomestic Goddess makes a hearty soup

If she can do it, anyone can!

by Carla Griscti

Carla Griscti is NOT a domestic goddess but she is an intuitive, if sometimes clumsy, cook. Here she gives her take on one of our Prima recipes for roasted sweet potato and onion soup.

CARLA SAYS:
With March now in full swing and sadly no sign of spring sunshine, I can’t recommend this simple, hearty soup recipe enough. It really does take minutes to prepare and the fusion of flavours is just delicious. You can add a bit of spice to give the dish a little more dimension - I threw in harissa paste to give it an extra kick. The combination of roasted sweet potatoes, caramelised red onions and smoky cumin, is perfect. Happy cooking!
