Make a framed feather picture
Go feather foraging and make yourself a stylish piece of art to display in the home, or to give as a lovely gift
You need...
● Picture frame with three inserts
● Three small feathers
● Card (handmade card is a good option) - cut to fit inside each insert
● Pencil
● PVA glue or a glue gun
● Scissors – or a scalpel and cutting board
● Ruler
Undo the frame
Remove the backing paper from the frame but leave the glass in.
From your card, cut three squares to fit inside each of the picture inserts in the frame.
With a pencil, lightly mark the centre of each small piece of card.
With your glue or glue gun, carefully stick the feathers to the pencil marks. Allow to dry.
Place each of the feather cards into the frame’s windows.
